On receipt of a call we will:
- Advice you over the phone how to isolate the water.
- All prices and charges discussed before hand so there are no surprises.
- Be with you with in the hour if you request an emergency attendance.
- Fix the leak there and then.

Blockages
We have the tools and knowledge to clear any blockage quickly with little fuss.
Rest assured that when you call us we will sort out any problem as quickly as possible with as little disruption to your day as possible.
Some plumbers take advantage of customers with blockages by wasting time and charging an expensive hourly rate, only to not be able to clear the blockage.
At JGPH we will:
- Have a good look before starting and suggest a price and how long it might take.
- If after 1hour the blockage can not be cleared a written estimate will be given for changing the pipe work.
- We will not charge excessive amounts a fair price will be agreed.
A typical price for clearing a blockage is around £60.
Toilets can be a bit more due to the foul nature of the work usually around £80.
